SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
All subscriptions grant access to exclusive wallpapers. Currently two subscriptions are offered:
Monthly $4.99
Annual $19.99

Upon confirmation of purchase, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account.
The subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
The renewal payment will be charged to your Apple ID account within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by accessing your subscriptions in the App Store.
Subscription begins immediately after purchase confirmation. For this reason, you waive any right to revoke.
Subscription refunds are always excluded.

Individual wallpaper can be purchased for $0.29 per download.

WALLPAPER TERMS
All copyrights and other rights to the wallpapers remain with us or the respective rights holders.
Duplication, sale or distribution of the wallpapers is not permitted.
We do not guarantee that the preview images displayed in the App will match the display on your smartphone in relation to the visualization of date, time and depth effect.

MISCELLANEOUS TERMS
We reserve the right to change or discontinue the App at any time.
German law applies to all disputes between you and us. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Germany.
If any term is or becomes invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
